1. In case of water jacket leakage, mixing rod leakage and mixing water seal leakage, it is not suitable to switch to hot standby boiler. If the valve of the air branch pipe cannot be closed tightly or the saturated steam valve leaks seriously and cannot be repaired and replaced during the hot standby, it should not be used as the hot standby.
2. To plan hot standby, the generator with good furnace condition shall be selected for hot standby. If the furnace is hot standby due to falling fire layer and serious slagging in the furnace, the furnace condition will be worsened.
3. For the generator planned for hot standby, the furnace shall be explored in advance, and the part with a small amount of slagging shall be drilled to break the slag, and the drilling shall be conducted at each point of the furnace section, so that the tightness of each point of the furnace section is basically consistent.
4. Reduce the ash layer properly.
5. Properly thickened coal seams.
6. Check whether the maximum bleeder valve bell cover can rise and fall flexibly.
7. Reduce the air volume before hot standby.
8. Seal the double vertical pipe water seal and pull up the maximum vent valve in time according to the furnace outlet pressure.
9. Close the branch air valve and saturated steam valve.
